A bilingual website and a custom team dashboard for an ISO-certified Abu Dhabi engineering consultancy with 211+ completed projects.
01 Chief complaint
An engineering firm with years of villas, cafés and public buildings needed a site that showed its range without overwhelming people, and turned visitors into project briefs, in English and Arabic.
02 History
Founded in 2018, with an Al Ain branch opened in 2025, the consultancy covers architectural and interior design, construction supervision, building safety reports, rehabilitation and the legalisation of existing buildings, for clients from homeowners to government bodies.
03 Diagnosis
Clients don’t buy services. They buy confidence that their kind of project has been done before. The portfolio had to be filterable by sector, mapped by location, and one tap away from a conversation.

Clients look for proof of their own project type, so the portfolio is organised by sector and location first.
A guided brief instead of a contact form
Four clear steps tell clients exactly what happens after they write, which lowers the cost of reaching out.
05 Treatment
- A sector-filtered portfolio: residential, hospitality, government and education, corporate and industrial, and interiors.
- A location-based project map.
- A guided four-step brief: send a brief, an engineer replies, a meeting or site visit, then a written proposal.
- Insights articles, common questions and a glossary that answer clients before they call.
- Pre-filled WhatsApp messages, click-to-call and directions for both offices.
- Full English and Arabic versions, built with Astro and served from Cloudflare.
- A custom bilingual dashboard in the firm’s own brand, behind a team-only sign-in, so the team keeps projects and pages current without a developer.
06 Outcome
A fast, bilingual site where every page leads to a brief, a call or a WhatsApp chat, kept current by the firm’s own team from its dashboard.
