Case 06 · Interior design studio of nqrah
nqrah design
nqrah’s interior design studio, delivering every project as one coordinated digital package.

01 Chief complaint
Interior design often ends as scattered PDFs and renders. Owners, consultants and contractors work from different versions, and mistakes surface on site.
02 History
nqrah design is the interior design studio of nqrah. It designs residential interiors and works with fit-out partners such as Arkan Al Majarra on 3D visualisation, shop drawings and bills of quantities.
03 Diagnosis
The deliverable is the product. One coordinated package, with drawings, a walkable 3D model and schedules in a single portal, removes the version confusion.
04 Key decisions
Private by default
People’s homes stay in private portals. The public site explains the process instead of exposing projects.
The package is the product
Drawings, 3D and schedules ship together in one portal, which removes version confusion on site.
05 Treatment
- Concept, materials and renders for each space, refined until the client approves.
- Drawing sets: furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans and interior elevations, in PDF, DWG or DXF.
- A 3D model and 360° views that open in the browser, with nothing to install.
- Finish and material schedules with quantities measured from the drawings.
- A password-protected project portal with access set by role.
- A bilingual studio site with light and dark modes, styled after architectural plates.
06 Outcome
A four-step process: brief, design, drawings, handover. Client work lives in private portals rather than a public gallery.

07 Follow-up
Client projects stay private by design. The public site explains the process instead of exposing people’s homes.
